I would like to clarify this as a fear of mine, mainly because i dont think being deserted anywhere sounds fun and I like all of my products, however shampoo seems pretty logical but if hair colour was an option id take that.
I wouldnt say I have a mission, however i do have a goal. I want every guest to walk out having an experience not an appointment. I think the absolute best customer care is what guests deserve.
