Salon Policies

Appointments

We ask that you please arrive alone for your service. The waiting area is limited and cannot accommodate extra bodies. Currently the salon is ONLY accepting appointments of 12 and older. If you are currently a guest of the salon with children under this age, speak with your stylist as they may be willing to accommodate outside of salon hours.

Last minute appointments will be accommodated on an appointment availability bases. Text or call for availability.

Pre Appointment Screening

If you are experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms (fever, cough, fatigue, or difficulties breathing) or have been in contact with anyone with these listed symptoms you must reschedule your appointment.
This goes for staff as well.

Arrival

Our waiting area is now open, however should you prefer to wait in your vehicle upon arrival, please feel free to text the salon and we can let you know when your stylist is ready and all surfaces have been sanitized.

Sanitation Station

When you walk into the salon there will be a station set up where hand sanitizer and masks will be available should you need one. At KickAss Hair we follow Public Health of Saskatchewan, therefore we NO LONGER mandate masking for patrons or staff.

Should you feel more comfortable your stylist wear a mask for the duration of your appointment, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate that.

Cancellations/Appointment Changes

At KickAss we require 24hhour notice for all cancellation or appointment reschedules/changes. However if you are sick please reschedule your appointment.

Future Product Orders

If you would like retail without an appointment please call 780-871-3311 so we can both have your order ready adn expect your arrival. We are currently keeping the door locked from walk in traffic.
