Get ready for a service packed with perks, relaxation, education and pampering! We take your service very seriously, therefore a throughal consultation is a must. We want to ensure all things…(Including budget) are discussed before your service, so you can feel both confident and beautiful upon check out, without any surprises.
All appointments booked will receive both a vagaro and text confirmation reminding you of our upcoming time together.
At KickAss Hair we kindly require 24 hour notice on ALL reschedules & cancellations of appointments. A fee of 25$ on non-chemical service & fee of 50$ on chemical services will be added to your account for you next visit if appointments changes happen outside the 24 hour time frame. If late cancellations become consistent, a deposit will be required for future booked appointments.
At KickAss Hair all no show appointments are flagged and charged a $25.00 fee for non chemical appointments and $50.00 Fee for chemical appointments that is automatically applied to your next appointment. To reschedule you will also be required to place a $50 non-refundable deposit for non-chemical future appointments or a non-refundable $100 deposit on a chemical future appointment.
At KickAss Hair uninterrupted relaxation is important. Due to this, safety concerns and limited space; KickAss Hair does not accept appointments for children under the age of 12.
At KickAss we have a salon floor policy. Due to capacity, and overall flow of our environment, we only allow customers receiving a service, on our salon floor. Please note, should you have a guest accompanying you to your appointment; please ensure they are both comfortable and able to wait in our front reception area for the duration of your appointment.
Service Refund Policy:
At KickAss hair we do not offer refunds for services performed. However we do offer complimentary adjustments when informed within 48 hours.
At KickAss we strive to ensure our guests are happy with the services we’ve provided. Should you require an adjustment on either cut or colour, we will gladly accommodate free of charge up to 2 ounces of colour. KickAss Hair kindly requires no later than 2 business days to be notified of the adjustment to accommodate it. All adjustments become null and void if you choose to seek outside salon assistance, or choose to fix your hair yourself.
Product Refund Policy:
At KickAss Hair we do not offer any cash refunds on product purchases, however we do honour exchanges on un opened or gently used products that are 75% full or over.
