Currently the salon is unable to accept walk in appointments or children under the age of 12. We ask that you please arrive alone for your services. The waiting area will be closed at this time.
If you are experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms (fever, cough, fatigue, or difficulties breathing) or have been in contact with anyone with these listed symptoms you must reschedule your appointment. This goes for staff as well. You can expect to be asked if you have any COVID like symptoms or if you have traveled to any Covid-19 hot spots upon booking and confirming of all hair appointments. Staff will be required to do daily assessments. This is something you can expect to be asked when making or confirming all hair appointments.
When you arrive at your appointment you are asked to wait in your vehicle and text the salon at 780-871-3311. The salon door will be locked so we will let you in when your stylist is ready and all surfaces have been sanitized. We ask that you please leave any extra belongings in your vehicle.
At this time KickAss waiting area remains closed. Please NO guests, family members or friends accompanying your appointments. We ask that all guests are able to enter the building alone, and not accompanied by anyone not receiving an appointment at the same time.
When you walk into the salon there will be a station set up where you will sanitize your hands and your phone and place on a mask. You are welcome to bring your own or one will be provided for you. Please keep in mind if you are bringing your own and you are receiving colour it may stain your mask straps. It is important your mask loops around your ears. This mask must be worn for the duration of your appointment and must cover both your mouth and nose. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the salon for both employees and guests.
Measures will be carried out throughout the salon by all staff during, in-between and after all appointments. Your personal and staff safety is of upmost importance.
Unfortunately the salon will not be offering snacks or fancy drinks at this time. We can provide coffee or water in disposable cups. You are welcome to bring your own beverage or snack if you would like, which you may remove your mask to consume only when you are maintaining a ‘6 ft’ distance of others.
Any product you would like can be grabbed and placed at the desk FOR YOU upon check out. We are currently unable to accept returns on retail at this time. Our preferred method of payment will be debit, credit or E-transfer.
KickAss Hair is waiving its ’24 Hour’ cancellation fee for the time being. Please be advised if you arrive to your appointment and choose not to comply with the safety policies in place, you will have forfeited your service and as per salon discretion you may be charged for the appointment you have booked, prior to making a new one.
The salon will currently remain closed for walk in retail purchases. We are still offering curb side delivery and pickup. If you would like retail without an appointment please call 780-871-3311
